  • Snack smart. Snacks are a great way to refuel. Choose snacks from different food groups. Choose natural snacks like fruits and nuts.

  • Do not turn on T.V in the morning.
  • Stay away from drugs
  • Limit sun exposure. Put sunscreen on whenever you go out in the sun.
