Everybody loves to have beautiful skin and all it takes few simple steps (like shown below).
Wash your face before you go to bed (after brushing your teeth, washing your face is very good idea). Cold water works better than hot water!
Changing bed linens once every two weeks does help ward off some of the skin infections, yet replacing your pillow covers once every 3 days or so would be better for your facial skin.
If you mix one or two pinches of turmeric powder with some with milk or cream and apply it on your face, you can make your skin glow and you can lighten your facial hair! Apply the liquid for a minute and wash it off with water. Take precaution to not spill it on clothes, because turmeric stains are difficult to remove.
If you are allergic to soaps, mix coarsely ground lentil powder with very little turmeric, and Voila! A good alternative for soap! Any lentil would work (chickpeas or garbanzo would be ideal.) For 1 cup of lentil powder, mix about 2 tea spoons of turmeric powder.
Sure, you do know that you are what you eat. Your skin shows it too. Some foods may irritate your skin more than others. Watch what you eat and note down those which causes irritation to your skin.
Here is a fun thing to do: Keep track of everything that eat every day for a week in a journal, including any beverages.
You would be surprised to see how much of processed food we consume these days!.
